Diese sind ein wilder Ritt auf 80s Synthesizern und punkigen Gitarrenriffs, getragen von punchigen Rhythmusmaschinen und den Ausnahmestimmen der ungleichen Sängerinnen. Neben catchy hooklines werfen die zwei sich obendrein in halsbrecherische Anarchoakrobatik und zünden eine Überraschungsgranate nach der nächsten. SUN is a French singer, songwriter, guitarist and movie actress. She created a genre she calls « Brutal Pop » : Pop with elements of Rock and Metal. SUN started out screaming and shredding in Death Metal bands on one side, belting and dancing in musicals on the other: she played the character of Edith Piaf in France, South Korea, Japan and got recognized on The Voice France. She came 2nd at the selections of Eurovision with an original song.
Her unique vocal and acting skills led her to work with the best stage directors. She toured as an actress, singer and guitarist in national theaters, playing her music with her drummer on stage, and raised the attention of the press at the most prestigious theatre festival, Festival d’Avignon, which led her to the big screen.
Her first part in a movie is a leading role in « Tom Medina » by Tony Gatlif, who won the prize for best director in Cannes Festival 2004. Her character is inspired by herself: in the movie she acts, sings her own songs and plays her sparkly Telecaster. She also wrote five tracks of the soundtrack. The movie was selected at the Cannes Film Festival 2021, and SUN gave a show on the beach before the screening, alongside with Nicolas Reyes (Gipsy Kings).
SUN is currently working with Andrew Scheps (Adèle, Beyoncé, RHCP, U2, Metallica, winner of 3 Grammy Awards) on her second EP « Brutal Pop II ».
In September 2021 she is awarded the Grand Prize by le FAIR, the most important French prize for Rock & Pop Music.

With her skill in carving melodies and shreddable moments from rock foundations, songwriter Skye Wallace is an expert at proving herself in every room, at every turn. Wallace knows the way is paved with second-guessers, and encounters with unsolicited advisors are plentiful in this world. In truth, the harshest critic is usually within.
Shaped by an upbringing of constant motion, with collapse and rebuilding at the core, Wallace is at home with the idea that change, especially in oneself, is a constant. This truism has shaped her new songs, finished during lockdown but dealing with a time when staying in one place was
wishful thinking. For Wallace, there’s both comfort and conflict in remembering and reconciling the versions of herself formed at the many stops along the way.
Wallace’s breakout single, about the frustrations of fighting against the glass ceiling, made a statement by cracking the Canadian alternative radio chart. Early credentials, including a Globe and Mail “Best 4 Canadian Albums in the World” nod in 2019, a steady stream of shows with
powerhouse rockers like Crown Lands and Matt Mays and a deal with Six Shooter Records, have Wallace ready for what’s next.

Komfortrauschen is a live band from Berlin that creates the powerful sound of a techno DJ set in their very own analogue fashion with traditional instruments, filtered through an impressive array of pedals and effects. Imagine a punk band trapped inside a drum computer, the Prodigy being a Berghain resident, Richie Hawtin meets Rammstein. The pure ecstasy and machine accuracy of techno enriched with the fresh energy and playfulness of a live band. Since the band was formed in 2014, Komfortrauschen have played regularly in famous German clubs like Sisyphos, Kantine am Berghain and Kater Blau as well as all over Europe and beyond. Now they’re about to hit the stages worldwide!

Over the past eight years of playing music together, we’ve grown up through angsty teenage years into angstier adulthood, with only our music to reflect our hurdles and triumphs. On the days where the world seemed to be raging on indifferently or responsibilities came banging at our doors, we took solace amongst the singing, sweating people in front of us on a Friday night with that 10ft by 6ft space beneath our feet becoming our sanctuary.
In 2017 we independently released ‘Taking Chances’ with a sold out launch show at Mr Kyps and embarked on our first self-booked UK tour. After signing with booking agency Midnight Mango in 2018 we’ve had three extensive UK headline tours as well as supports on the tours of a plethora of inspirational artists. Our second album ‘Comedies and Tragedies’ was released on March 13th 2020 with another sold out show at The Old Firestation in Bournemouth, however, the promotional UK tour was halted as soon as the pandemic hit.If our first album, ‘Taking Chances’, is a post-university tale of early twenties life; refusing to conform and rebelling against anything that stands in the way of a good time, then consider ‘Comedies and Tragedies’ to be a reality check sequel; rife with confusion, uncertainty and the struggles of self-identity.
When creating music over the years, it has become integral for us to acknowledge not only a balance between guts and contemplation, but a harmony of punchy pop-punk guitar and hard-hitting drums with the complex but determined layers of banjo, mandolin and tin whistle intertwined. With this we strive to pay homage to our appreciation of folk music and the significance of punk throughout our upbringings.
In both 2016 and 2018, we won our place on Fireball’s ‘Fuelling the Fire Tour’ supporting Less Than Jake, Flogging Molly, The Bronx, The Skints and Face to Face. We then subsequently had an endorsement from Fireball UK in 2019 and featured in Kerrang!’s online coverage of the tour. We also appeared on BBC radio Solent with our single ‘Rise and Fall’ on March 10th 2018.

KNARS macht eine mitreißende Mischung aus Breakbeat, Postpunk und Drumandbass. Sie sind bekannt für ihren rauen Stil und ihre große Energie. Ihre überwältigende, rohe elektronische Verrücktheit bedeutet einen alles vernichtenden Moshpit. Komm ins Irrenhaus, bevor das Irrenhaus dich kriegt“.
KNARS haben in ihrem Heimatland (NL) Festivals und Veranstaltungsorte verwüstet und dabei lobende Kritiken erhalten. Sie haben auch international an Zugkraft gewonnen, waren in Ungarn, Belgien, Tschechien und Frankreich auf Tour und wurden von amerikanischen, russischen und englischen Musikblogs aufgegriffen. 2019 wurde ihre Single „Push it To the Limit“ in den Soundtrack des Gametrailers zu Borderlands 3 aufgenommen. Vergleiche zu The Prodigy, Pendulum und Die Antwoord sind schnell gezogen, aber vor allem hat KNARS ihren eigenen vernichtenden Sound.
Während COVID zugeschlagen haben, hat KNARS nicht geschlafen. Jede Menge neuer Songs mit noch mehr Message und Chaos als zuvor warten in ihrem Tresor. In der Musik muss es um etwas gehen, nicht nur um Unterhaltung. Die neuen KNARS zeichnen sich durch offenere, wütende Grime-Raps, härteres BASS-Sounddesign und schüttelnde 808er aus.

Anfang 2019 in Nantes von Martin(Ex-Sänger von KIEMSA) gegründet, Parpaing Papier ist immer noch jung, aber fährt schon schnell.
Nach einem ersten EP und einem ersten Video, das von Kritikern und Publikum sehr gut aufgenommen wurde, folgten rund 30 Konzerte und ein Tour durch Hongkong und Macao.
Wo viele andere das Hindernis meiden, springt PPPP kühn und leichtfüßig in die französische Sprache hinein.
Surreale, sensible oder herrlich absurde Texte kleiden sich in Rockgitarren und Popmelodien, um sich für immer in eure Köpfe zu schrauben.
Die PPPP-Familie besteht aus vier Mitgliedern: Martin, (Gesang und Kaskaden), Elise (Gitarre), Fabrice (Bass) und Corentin (Schlagzeug). Alle singen, und ihre Gesangsharmonien sind „hart wie ein Betonklotz, dünn wie Papier“ Hymnen, die man gemeinsam skandieren muss und die einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen.
Ihr erstes Album „Croire auprintemps“ (erschienen im Juni 2021) kündigt eine rohe Live-Energie an, die von vielsagenden Titeln wie „Entrée Plat Décès“, „Tempête je t’aime“, „Malade Menthol“ getragen wird… im Gegenteil von snobistischem und pompösem Rock: ein großzügiger, aktueller und kraftvoller Sound!

MATE POWER ist eine Band aus Frankfurt am Main,
die Herkunftsländer der Mitglieder sind Argentinien, Deutschland und Frankreich.
Ihr Musikstil ist eine Mischung aus Cumbia, Ska und Reggae,
die oft als Mestizo (Manu Chao / Los Fabulosos Cadillacs) bezeichnet wird.
In den 13 Jahren ihrer Karriere kümmerte sie sich darum, aus dem Herzen Frankfurts den deutschen Rock zu destabilisieren .Nur wenige Bands haben erreicht, dass so inkorrekte Songs zu Hits werden und dass in ihrer kurzen Geschichte Tausende Zuschauer in Europa und Asien die sehr bittere und sehr aktuelle Wahrheit zu fröhlicher und eingängiger Musik singen. Mit Entschlossenheit, Talent und Intelligenz ist die Band gewachsen, aus den Kellern, wo 2006 alles begann hin zu den Orten, die Tausende von Personen beherbergen.

GASTONE ist eine hauptsächlich im Rhein-Main-Gebiet und inzwischen auch deutschlandweit bekannte Band aus Frankfurt am Main. Hauptkopf und Gründer der Band ist Giuseppe Porrello, halber Sarde, halber Sizilianer, aber geboren und aufgewachsen in Frankfurt. Er gibt mit seiner rauen Stimme, die an klassische italienische Sänger erinnert, und mit seinen gut bedachten poetischen, teils zum Schmunzeln, teils zum Nachdenken anregenden Texten GASTONE den unverkennbaren Charme einer Band, die offen und bewusst durch die Welt geht und es trotz Kritik an Politik und Systemen schafft, die Freude am Leben auf’s Publikum zu übertragen.
Die Band besteht seit über 10 Jahren und bietet einen anregenden Mix aus Ska/Polka/Balkan und deutsch/englisch/italienischen Pop/Rock. Je nach Gig-Größe treten sie zu dritt oder auch zu acht auf – der Tanzgenuss ist immer garantiert!
Neben Schlagzeug und Gitarre gehören Trompete, Posaune, Saxophon und andere Blasinstrumente zu GASTONE’s Vielseitigkeit. Bass oder Kontrabass umrunden ihren Sound, die Klänge der E-Gitarre bilden immer wieder einen hörenswerten Höhepunkt. Balalaika und Akkordeon überraschen das Publikum und reißen es auch nach dem 10. Besuch eines GASTONE-Konzertes mit.
Manchmal bringt GASTONE auch noch Gäste mit auf die Bühne, wie dem Rapper Cerno oder dem Jazz-Sänger Foots, dem Gitarrist George oder dem Instrument-Multitalent Uwe.
